AMLI Arc

I lived at Amli Arc for a year and really enjoyed my time here. The amenities are practical, well-maintained, and have a warm, lived-in feel. The leasing office and concierge are always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is super nice and efficient—most work orders were completed within just a few hours. Move-out was smooth with no unexpected charges. While it may not be the newest building in SLU, living here is both convenient and comfortable. Of the three apartments I’ve lived in around SLU, this has been my favorite. Highly recommend!

Ashish is one of the best employees at AMLI Arc! He is always so quick and professional when he fixes things in my apartment. Very high quality work. He just completed four work orders for me in one go! Very grateful to live in a place with such efficient, friendly, and talented workers.

I really like the office especially Raychel who is awesome and always has energy. Ashishi is also awesome and incredibly amazing for take care of the maintenance of all units in the building. He helped install a ceiling lamp for us and fixed issues when we moved in very efficiently. 5 stars for Raychel and Ashishi! However, one person from the concierge is another story. We asked to allow our large furniture and packages delivered to our apartment (which is what we can do confirmed by the office) after we paid the rent but none of these were successfully done. Very frustrating especially we were not there to confirm the receipt of deliveries. I tried to call and the leasing office tried to communicate. No communications succeeded. I am a resident of AMLI Arc. Brittney who is one of the concierge fronk desk people is super friendly and extremely helpful anytime I have had questions. She always welcomes me back home with a smile and I really appreciate her and everything she does for this community.

After moving out of AMLI Arc, I misconfigured my electric service account with Seattle City Light (SCL), causing me to accumulate a large debt that I only discovered more than a year after moving out. However, Jon from the leasing team went above and beyond in getting the matter sorted out with SCL. Him and the team will always have your back!
