We had a fantastic experience working with Autumn as our leasing agent! From the very beginning, she was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made moving into our new apartment smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Autumn’s attention to detail and warm, professional attitude really stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived so far! All of the staff has been very welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns. The cleanliness and peaceful living made it an easy choice when decision making on where to live. Every one of the members (Nicole,Meredith,Paula and, Arianna) all deserve their flowers without them my experience here wouldn’t have been possible, so huge shoutout to them for being an absolute pleasure to work with. Definitely one of the top places to live in the city!

EXCELLENT community, concierge service and maintenance team!! I rarely leave reviews but this community was great. Unfortunately we are leaving because we need more space but will highly recommend Amli 3464 to anyone I would love as a neighbor.

Honestly the best thing about the AMLI 3464 is the maintenance staff. They are CONSISTENTLY amazing. I have been living here for three years and I am always so amazed at how great they are. I know other building complexes CAN NOT say the same. I mean, I can put in a maintenance request at 8:30am and in less than an hour, a member of the team is politely knocking on my door. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Carlos. I put in a request in regards to my bathtub drain and Carlos was able to use the drain snake to fix this issue in less than five minutes. While he was also here, I asked him if he would kindly replace one of my bulbs in my bathroom as well. My final request was a bit unusual- I have had a huge pot for my plant that unfortunately died a few months ago. I cut most of t

The leasing consultant was super nice but the unit she showed us was definitely not ready. The carpet was dirty, the kitchen floors were damaged, there were two knobs missing from the stove, someone had used the bathroom and left it. The elevator sounded like it was going to break down. The lounge was unable to view because the door would not unlock. The size, views and layout of the unit itself was perfect but with unhoused right out front and the state of the apartment, it's a no.
