I really don't like writing Google Reviews, however, my experience with AMJ is worth it. I would highly recommend AMJ for your housing needs. Typically I prefer private landlords, but my experience from the very beginning through presently has been overwhelmingly positive. Property Manager Sara Parrish is responsive, respectful, and always a pleasure to communicate with. The Maintenance Team is top notch and those men know what they are doing and have always been respectful and professional with me. Communication all around is great, any issues are addressed quickly and resolved fully. I am currently living in my second property managed by AMJ, I only moved from the first because I needed to get my baby into the right zone for the middle school of her choice. I am a very happy tenant!

An absolutely positive experience from the moment I moved in at Casablanca West, my apt is spacious, all new, and beautiful. A cozy, and lovely home for us. Love the apartment complex, this is extremely clean, and quiet. The maintenance team are amazing, incredibly helpful, and fast service. I would like to thank the management team for the amazing work, and service, you are very kind and professional. I spoke with Andrea many times, she is the best, she always answered every question I’ve had, and gets back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend live at Casablanca, I’m very happy living here. Thank you 😊

AMJ manages Liv Apartments and they cannot make Andrew ( property manager and the receptionist, Laura) to do their job. He's incompetent and fake. It's a shame that this company just care about collecting the rent. LIV APARTMENTS allows people to leave personal belongings outside their doors, smoke Marijuana drink alcohol in the premises, listening to loud music, they allow residents to leave trash outside the door for days, they don't care if a resident is abusing or neglecting their pets. Laura, the office receptionist is disrespectful and bossy. AMJ, WILL BACK THEM ALWAYS

While I was attending the University of Florida, I bought a home in Gainesville, FL. When I graduated, my roommate begged me to keep my home. In order to manage my rental property, I needed a property manager. I shopped around and found AMJ Group Inc. For almost 20 years, AMJ managed my rental property. AMJ has provided me with flawless service, excellent communication, and prompt payments at a reasonable cost. This week, I sold my home and AMJ was very helpful in that part of the process too. AMJ is a role model in property management. I would highly recommend them.

I loved living at Casablanca West, the maintenance staff came and fixed my AC problems fast. The office staff is really friendly and professional, I always spoke to Andrea or Miranda. You should rent here 5 out of 5
