Amherst Senior Apartments

Awesome situation for my parents / mom. Moved my parents in 6 months ago. The Management, Maintenance and cleaning crew are awesome. Mary & Rick A++. My father passed recently and all the people there are so supportive of my mother. Management & Maintenance are there always when needed and always go the extra. The complex is well kept & welcoming. The apartments are right sized and have new appliances. Just a very nice place to be.

We have the best staff at Amherst Senior Apartments. They do a great job clearing snow! The staff is always there for us, and so helpful.

As a former property manager this was my model of a great senior community. This place is great.

My aunt had a broken closet door, that swung off its hinges and was very hazardous to a person already relying on a walker for months despite multiple written and voicemail requests. We finally got that resolved only when complaining because they put a note under her door on a Friday afternoon that on Monday morning they’d be treating her apartment for bedbugs with a list of instructions that were physically unable to be completed by a 79 year old. My husband and I had no one to speak to or check in with since it was the weekend. We had to go over early on that Monday morning and spent 2 hours removing all her clothes, bedding, cleaning out drawers and dressers for treatment and boarding her cat only to find out it was just an inspection and there were no bugs. Why would you slip treatment
