Amherst Garden Apartments

Do NOT RENT HERE! Loud neighbors, trash thrown everywhere, an abundance of mice, a bed bug epidemic. Maintenance men that do the bare minimum. If u call to put in a work order, they will tell you the importance of your request is at THEIR discretion! Nasty front office staff. I could go on, but if this doesn't deter you from renting here i dont know what will. Not to mention $900 in rent for the ghetto! AND CABLE IS NOT INCLUDED FYI

I contacted the Property Manager, Tracy at Amherst Garden Apartments about some issues I was having concerning Maintenance matters. The very next day they were over here, ready to fix the problems. It turns out there won't any problems after all! Nothing needed fixing. I was hearing some noises in the crawlspace. But, it was just the heating coils! As usual...Problem Solved! Case Closed! Just another happy, satisfied Tenant! 😃😉

i have lived here since 2005.i couldnt be happier. any and all repairs are done quickly and efficiently. the mainatance men are all friendly and respectful of my home. they go out of their way to help the tennants and they are the first ones out and last ones in when it snows and they are shoveling etc the office women are kind and friendly, always a pleasure to call the office for whatever i may need. kudos to all

It’s 6 months I reside in these apartments,I love where I’m at and Tracy and Tina are excellent and they made sure whatever I need done they was on it and it got done. They are very nice ladies and there management are excellent .from the first day me and my daughters stepped in the office, I’ve been drawn to live here in theses apartments. My daughters and all I moved in at the same time and Destiny also moved cause I told her about the apartments. I’ll be here for awhile Gods willing.

The management staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The area is really quite and peaceful. My Son had his car parked in the parking lot. I talk to Tina to let her know he was waiting on his tags she said she would let maintenance know. Why they still towed my baby car after he worked hard to save up for his first car. Now he is so depressed. I am so missed off because I feel like I been lied to about the car being safe out there.
