Amherst Apartments

I lived at Amherst Apartments for two years and my experience was absolutely magnificent. The community is peaceful, clean, and very well-maintained. I always felt safe, and I never had any issues during my time there. The management and staff were friendly and responsive, and the overall truly felt like home. Highly recommend Amherst Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Living in Amherst Apartments has been a great experience. This is the second time I have leased a place here. The apartments are huge, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in bathrooms and kitchen, beautiful floors and great maintenance. The leasing staff treat clients like family in my experience. There is a sense of community in this complex maybe because there are a lot of families living here. Some people live here for more than 20 years. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and affordable place.

I lived there for 2 years. Liz is a complete professional. Everytime I needed something done she would take ownership of the situation and have things done. I'm sad aI had to move. I had to because I needed an apartment downstairs for health reasons, and they simply did not have one available. The maintenance is always on point Mr. Roberto takes care of things and pim! pam! pum! gets it done! I wish I could move back. And this was my second time living here. I lived here 15 years ago and moved back when we moved back to Houston.

I hope the person in charge of this site sees this message as soon as possible, we have been with this situation for more than 24 hours when it should not have been, since Saturday morning with the sink drain clogged and with a bad smell inside the apartment due to this situation, when this is a first order emergency, the person on duty did their job as best they could and the problem was not solved, I work in property maintenance and I know what the procedure is when this happens, they should have hired personnel with the required conditions to solve the problem and it hasn't happened, it's already been today, Sunday, and the problem is not going to be solved either, I just let you know that there is a very small baby who is being exposed to bacteria and contamination inside the home, wha
