AMG Property Management LLC

I contacted AMG Property and was set up to see a house 2 weeks ago. I get there and a family has already moved in. I ended up waking their poor baby and I felt so bad. Tried calling texting etc with no response... Definitely wont be inquiring about other properties. Do better.

The negative reviews you read are accurate. This is by far the worst property management company I’ve contacted to date. The gentleman I spoke to, Garrison, seldom returned my calls. I had to submit multiple online inquiries and leave multiple voicemails just to receive a call 20 minutes from their closing time. This spanned multiple days. He told me there were 0 qualified tenants for their home in Franklin, IN, and said I would be first on the list if I submitted an application. Evidently this was not the case as I’ve not heard back regarding my application submitted on the 24th except stating that it’s being processed. Crickets, otherwise. I've lived in many neighborhoods with HOAs and management companies and AMG is by FAR the best of all of them. They answer every email in a timely fashion and are very professional and genuinely care about my investment. With any HOA you can't please everyone, it is impossible so you're bound to have some disgruntled people but I can say without a doubt I am thankful our neighborhood is managed by AMG. Our old neighborhood was a disaster because the management company was inexperienced and not effective to the point we were forced to move. Now we have AMG and know we are in good hands! Try them out you won't be disappointed!

It has been almost 2 years now and I am renewing my contract. I have no complaints. Maintenance had been here to repair some things and was fast and friendly. The house I'm is is very warm in the winter. I'm enjoying it now as the snow falls. Everyone is great. I'm happy to be renting here.

We purchased some properties that AMG previously managed. They still knowingly solicited and charged former tenants rent after already being aware that the homes had sold to another party. They took money directly out of their bank accounts. They sent them reminders that they owe rent. They caused tenants to get double charged for rent. They caused bounced checks in NSF fees with no regard for the well-being of the tenants or the law. Initially, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is straight up fraud. They are costing the tenants Late fees, and face potential eviction because of their actions. The properties we purchased from the seller that used AMG to manage their properties were in terrible condition. They had tenants living without working toilets, working, kitchen
