This property management company has rented us a property for over 2400k a month which had many deficiencies since we moved in back on August 2023 to include a unspeakable, extremely dirty green pool that has been housing bacteria and who knows what else, which we have not been able to enjoy as part of our lease, and which has been a safety hazard to also our children. The dryer has never worked and we have had to use the entire townhouse as a dryer rack or having to pay from our own money which increases our expenses for dryer at a laundromat. They have safety hazards throughout the entire house. They have ignored us for almost 7 months now, and have not complied with their part of the contract, while I have never failed to pay my rent on time, but at this point I'm ready to take this

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I rented this place for seven months and lived a whole month without A/C because it broke. The landlord will walk in at any time despite your work schedule to give showings to the unit for sale. They have conducted many inspections and there is severe mold and leakage which caused me to be extremely sick. I moved out a month ago and she has not given me my deposit back. They sent me a notice to dispute the decision to not give me my deposit back within 10 days; and despite all of my efforts to reach out they ignored me completely. They charged me for damages I didn’t cause. I have a lot of proof and messages!!!!!

I am an international investor with properties across the United States. Out of 6 different property managers I use (in each city) Ameriteam is by far the best. I have never - i say this for sure - witnessed such a mix of responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism and motivation. Marnina was fantastic at dealing with both difficult building property managers and tenants while always staying respectful and courteous. She has put my interests first while keeping kind and fair to everyone else. I have not enough words to thank her and wished all my other property managers were like her! michele ciani
