I have used them 6 times in buying and selling. They are top notch and very helpful. They return my calls quickly and make the process smooth. They got my mom's house under contract in one day and mine under contract in 11 days.

We had made an offer and signed a contract on a house on Layla Ct. Although our offer and contract was first, the seller agent accepted the second contract on the home because the offer was higher. From my research and counsel I was told this is illegal. All parties involved had agreed and we signed the contract which suppose to be binding. We will never buy or sell a home using Americom Realty. If the seller agent is crooked enough to accept another contract over the first to make an extra $540 more, then what does that say about the company? Word by mouth travels and we will be sure to let our family and friends to stay clear of Americom Realty.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. it's only internet based and nobody informs you of that so trying to get I touch with humans over issues is very hard.. i was being charged by a utility company thats with AA but had no idea why i was being charged anf took weeks to get help but when your Trying to rent you can call email text like crazy it's very weird... the homes have nice updates but cheap, I can't wait until my lease is up.
