America's Home Place just completed a new home for me, and it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. The project management provided during the building process was excellent. My career prior to retiring was in project management so my expectations were high. AHP exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything with meticulous attention to detail, updated me weekly, and responded to any questions and issues on a near immediate basis. The AHP team is superb, outstanding at what they do from sales to completion, and delivered a fantastic customer experience. I highly recommend AHP.

I have a positive impression of America's Home Place. They provided a stress free path through the jungle of home building. They had good answers to my questions and their system takes you step by step through planing, picking out colors and hardware. The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. If you want to have a house built, go by and see what they are offering. You won't regret it. Their warranty manager, Doug Edge is knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure your home is done to your satisfaction.

America’s Home Place Tallahassee was professional, adaptable and timely. Scott, Kristin, Brian, Amanda and Doug were our main points of contact and they were attentive and genuinely interested in our happiness. We are extremely happy!

Scott and Amanda have some of THE BEST customer service or should I say hospitality you can find. When you go into their office/showroom I mean it’s unbelievable how much they make you feel at home and welcomed like family. It’s a genuine service and a relief to such a daunting process of building a home. But they make you feel at ease!! We are off to starting our new home build. We are so grateful we found America Home place Tallahassee!
