Americas Home Place in Columbia SC has been absolutely amazing to work with! From our initial meeting with Heather in the showroom. Her customer service and eye for design was great. Amy listened to our request and made the adjustments to the plans to make sure we had everything we wanted. Christi and Dawns assistance with documents and open communications. Tony’s expertise reviewing the final plan was an extra bonus! He brought things to our attention we wouldn’t have thought about. They walked us through each step of the process. The field team was just as wonderful. Joe with the foundation, Tyler with the framing, to the final stages with Frank! Communication was five star. America’s Home Place is a great company to work with. They built a house for my mother and have been outstanding to work with. Their communication through the entire was second to none. The few issues that came up they were on top of and handled it quickly and professionally. From the ladies in the sales area to the project manages and rest of the staff has done a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone building a home.

My husband and I have had a great experience with America’s Home Place. When we first started looking into building, he kept coming back to AHP because of one specific floor plan that had the qualities we had found in another floor plan you buy online. We started the process in March and we are getting to move in in the next couple of weeks. They’ve made the process fun and exciting. They’ve been responsive and would highly recommend the Columbia team for anyone looking to build in the Midlands/Columbia area!
