We could not be happier with our house. Have lived here almost a year and have not had any issues. The team at AHP in Augusta were very knowledgeable, professional and made the whole process easy. Even with the hurricane happening in middle of our build the crews were back at it with in a week and we had no damage to the house.

We recently moved into our newly built home with America’s Home Place in April 2025, and I can confidently say the entire experience has exceeded our expectations. Throughout the build process, Chad, Taylor and Nancy were wonderful—professional, attentive, and always willing to guide us through each step. Their support made the building phase feel smooth.
