American Village Apartments

That place is a dump. My mother lived there for a year. The first day all of her plants were stole from the front porch. The pool is never clean. The upstairs apartment leaked and min woke up with water covering her floors. The apartment behind her had a leak in the wall and the maintenance guy cut a hole to repair the wall, it stayed open for three days. You could see into the other apartment. Lock your cars because someone will go through your ride and take what they want. The washer and dryers hardly ever worked and if you left your stuff to dry bumy the time you got back your stuff would be gone or taken out so someone else could dry their stuff. I would not suggest living here. This place has potential. I sure wish someone would buy it and fix it up.

This is a great place to live. Miss Carrie is the best apartment manager that I've ever had. Darrin the maintenance man is always helpful. Sometimes I know that the washers and dryers don't work well but most of the time it's caused by vandals.

Been living here for 9 years and have loved every minute of it. As long as you follow the rules in the contract, there's no problems. The manager does her best to keep a safe environment for all.

Apartments are rather eehh.. they don't fix issues reported, nearly fast enough. Waited so far a month for a refrigeration repair. The pool hasn't been cleaned in years. Laundry room dosnt dry cloths well at all. Floors creek so bad, they had a tenet move from below us. Do to the messed up floors. Our outside stairs have been falling apart for months, ac in the apartment dosnt push enough cold air in the summer, so it's always hot.

I lived here for several years, never had any issues. The manager is great, she looks out for our community. The rent is very affordable compared to most rentals. It is great to live in a nice comfy, safe place and all my money doesn’t go to rent ! So Affordable! ❤️
