My favorite title company in all of Houston. Trisha, Norma, and Bayley are top notch. I have been using them for all my closings for over 10 years. Excellent customer service.
Very unprofessional, slow to process paperwork and wire transfers. Closing was several hours late. They took 3 business days to do a wire transfer to pay off the mortgage loan. When I phoned them to inquire why they hadn't done the wire transfer, they disconnected me TWICE. 4 business days later and taxes still have not been paid! Horrible snail pace customer service.
This Title went above and beyond to help us close on time before seller lost home to foreclosure. Trisha answered every question quickly and shows she is the top Escrow officer in Houston. I have found my title company for life!!!!
Was not impressed! Horrible communication, had to ask for CD several times and glad I did because they had numbers wrong for my sellers, names were spelled incorrect on documents, very unprofessional and I won’t be returning.
Rebecca at the front desk was very helpful! Great people. Would recommend. Edit* They have Spanish speaking staff too (hablan español)
