One of the worst property management companies in Jacksonville Florida . Countless emails to get things repaid fixed and nothing. Multiple calls about vermin infestations that caused me to lose hundreds of dollars personal belongings. After months of dealing with these issues , I decided to break the lease and move on. Luckily for me, I did receive my direct deposit but not fully. I am glad I move out there.

I submitted a request for a.c. repair to my apartment. Not only did staff show up the day of the request; The a.c. was fixed within 20 minutes.

Mrs.theresa is great maybe a lil busy but overall any issues you have she'll have them taken care of , Leo is great I really dnt have a negative comment to say they both helped me in a time of need ..

This office is never open for customer service and never answer the phones depending on when they feel like opening seems like the works are afraid to answer any questions you may have or tell you to send a email for assistance that know one never reply’s back to you until a week or two later if that .Teresa supposedly the manager is very nasty and never wants to talk to you or they tell you she’s on a call.Worst mistake I made renting from this company that’s probably why they sold the company. If I could rate would be a -0. ***PLEASE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS FOR PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THEM*** seems like they are running from somebody cause they have a sign on the door

Very unorganized, never answers phone or return emails in a timely fashion, not good with giving notice before coming to property, maintenance crew is a joke. Management has never been met, nor can you talk to her(Theresa Brunke), and the office is not an office(it's in the back of a uniform store) and is Extremely Unprofessional. Management nor the staff relay any major concerns to the owners either. This is not the company for reliable renters nor owners looking to rent their properties without the headache of dealing with the renters themselves. My recommendation is to never use American Realty and Management for anything.
