Oh and by the way, the gal answering the phone is a matriarch to daily business at American Realty Brokers and I'm certain deserves an attaboy after dealing with the booking system company. Apparently she was having an interaction with QB (we will keep that mostly private) on the day I called to discuss my concerns. I worked with Tyson Guess and American Realty Brokers on two separate occasions, buying my first home and 4 years later selling my home. When my wife at the time and I were buying our home Tyson showed us probably 20+ homes, always with a smile, very professional and he offered us his services and expertise. Not only was he patient but he was extremely helpful. On multiple occasions we found homes that would be good for our family but they were "short sells" and that process in general is a nightmare.
