My mom rented from them the house had so many problems from plumbing to electrical. The lady Robin had my mom paying one amount for rent and then when a new lady was hired she said it was another amount so at the end of the lease my mom was left with over a $400 balance. Last month the policy was to send your rent in by mail now this month you have to go through some other complex method to pay your rent and no one thought to send out a notice the notify the tenants poor communication.
