Why am I still getting an email from you after I canceled the policy. Was paid up to date. Than you refused to accept that. Than called me saying I owed back pay because I didn’t go to the office and submit a written letter about it. What has this crap turned into. I will be posting this on your site and all my family members. This will hopefully show how insurance companies really treat people that just pay and never file a claim while you just live a way better lifestyle off of us. Charging way to much money. Which is why I called around and saved 125.00 a month more than what you charge with lower deductibles. Sent from my iPhone

The worst coverage money can buy. So bad that my agent there told me he carries his car insurance through State Farm! They push their cash back program NOT to file any claims, but what they don’t tell you is that it is cash back on the previous premiums from three years before and their insurance is more than 70% higher than State Farm so even with cash back it is still awful insurance. Be careful if their increases, mine increased EVERY SINGLE year for 5 years. Anyone that has been with them - call around....you can find BETTER and CHEAPER insurance out there.

We have been with ANPAC for many years, never had a claim. Over the years, our local agent has become less friendly, standoffish, not willing to answer questions. Recently, several family members who also have ANPAC have had very bad experiences when they needed to make claims - agent tries to dissuade them from making the claim, very bad customer service, little to no communication from local agents or claims agents, ignoring phone calls from customer, rude interactions, etc.

IMO this is the best insurance company around specifically this branch. Steven & his crew are just amazing their customer service is incredible. On top of that their pricing is always comparable to other companies & usually cheaper but when you have a claim they are always are fair.

Closed for 2 weeks for vacation lol
