I’ve had a great experience renting one of their apartments! Honestly, I love the tenant portal and how easy they’ve made everything for me. Paying rent online is easy, submitting maintenance requests and renewing my lease virtually was quick and stress-free. On top of that, they actually answer the phone during their operating hours, which is rare and so appreciated.

After 3 other managers, we finally found a good match. Owning a property in Baltimore City comes with its own challenges, whether you’re a landlord or homeowner but I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the level of expertise this property management team brings to the table. They resolve issues quickly and often with innovative solutions that go above and beyond standard practices. Their reliability, transparency, and professionalism make them an absolute standout. Charles was very helpful and is knowledgeable of maintaining and preserving historical Baltimore residential properties.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service Bethany Daughton consistently provides. From start to finish, Bethany is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping in any way she can. She goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every concern is handled quickly and thoroughly. Her communication is clear, timely, and always friendly, which makes working with her an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to find someone who cares as much as Bethany does about the people she serves, and it truly shows in every interaction. American Management Company is lucky to have her, and anyone who gets the chance to work with Bethany will immediately see the difference she makes. Highly recommend!

They bought my apt building from previous owner and could tell they were much better instantly. Any time I had a request/issue it was resolved with urgency. When I moved out, I had an issue with my security deposit return, BUT it was resolved with clarity and speed. Got my full deposit back. I don't have much to complain about. Lived at 808 N Calvert in Baltimore. (8/10)

I have lived at my apartment going on 4 years now and have always received the best customer service, assistance, and help whenever I have reached out and the maintenance personnel is top notch! Tony especially helped me with my super tall windows and his assistance is something I definitely appreciate considering I don't think I could've solved the issue myself ☺️☺️☺️ Awesome Property Management company! Bethany is the best!
