Love our new American Legend home. High quality builder with a fair amount of flexibility even far into the building process. Well managed from sales all the way to closing. I'm confident that their post closing service and processes will be equally efficient and customer friendly.

Everyone will be looking for a beautiful home to live wonderful life and create memories with their family and so did we. March 2020 the sales team promised that we would get a home if we write a Chequers for $15k to secure a lot(we don’t know which lot but the they promised we will sure get a lot) This is how it was supposed to work. The sales team will ope a couple plots every month and depending on where we are in the list we would get a call. We were supposed to get a call in August 2020. But no call till now. We kept following up every month since august and they kept saying they would call in September, then November. Yesterday we called to follow up and the response was very unprofessional! We are still working on the contract but I couldnt stop writing how a wonderful person is Elizabeth. She is a very positive person and always accomodating. America Legend is fortunate to have her. After we met her we did not check anything else around. We have our complete trust on her.
