The sales associate the lady that was there on 5/8 was racist and absolutely unhelpful. Doesn’t give information, refers to online information and not helpful at all. Wonder how they’ll treat once we sign the home. Glad we will not be going with them. Update: The Mosaic social handle tried to show that I was giving a 1 star review just for referring me to the online website. That was not it. I was happy to go online and check the floor plans online but the sales associate refused to provide information on current sales prices and incentives going on in the community. And when I was asking about the low ceiling height in second floor very politely she said, “you should go ahead with other builders then”. I think the job of a sales associate is to help customers understand with information
