American Homesmith

We had a wonderful experience dealing with the American Homesmith team during the construction of our new home. From Bob McKoy (builder), Lindsey Kenton (design) and most importantly, Tom Corrao (warranty manager) they were all fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to make our new home build a very pleasant experience. I have to say that Tom Corrao had the most impact on our overall satisfaction with American Homesmith. He went above and beyond the call of duty to address and close out our entire punch list in a very expedited manner. I would highly recommend American Homesmith for any future builds.

I spoke with Tom today I'm hoping and praying once you look back at our records that they would send someone out to repair the things that need to be paired at our property in Creekside!!!!! We had an order put in before THE warranty ran out. this was the time covid hit. they couldn't get to it and soon as the warranty ran out they said oh your warranty is out but we had an order in place before the warranty ran out 🙄🙄 so I'm hoping that they would do the right thing and come back and repair. We had to order put in before the warranty ran out and it seems like they don't want to honor it I pray and hope they do the right thing please🙄🙄
