Do not recommend renting from American Heritage. The maintenance department takes forever to do repairs, leaves a mess when they finally do, and sometimes does more damage in the process. The proper management lady takes forever to get back to you and often has no idea what’s going on in the building. You would have to follow up multiple times for request. They brought me a used refrigerator to replace one that broke and didn’t clean it, and damaged the property while doing so. Three months later the old one was still sitting outside. They also charged me $350 for a cleaning free for window sills, ceiling fans, and the kitchen. Pictures I took when locking up for the last time. That’s what happens when you are a good tenant for over 9 years.

Do not lease thru this company they are a scam. We had to pay the security deposit in order to reserve the place without signing a lease. and we were told we could chose another one of their properties if owned by same investor so we decided to change and she would not apply that security deposit to it and then we just decided to take the original place and she said no it's off the market bc someone else reserved it. I go on their own website and I see both still available I will be suing. this company is out to steal money and not put you in a home. This is fraud

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this credit union. They make paying your bill impossible. They’ll lock you out of your account and their customer service line is awful. You will regularly wait having 30+ callers ahead of you, the robot that talks to you has no idea what you are saying and makes you repeat everything multiple times. Once you finally talk to a representative, they never have the ability to assist you with what you need, even if it’s as simple as paying toward a loan. Easily the worst credit union I’ve ever used and will be closing my account as soon as possible.

We rented from AHM for over 5 years never late on rent. We decided to move out because owner wanted to raise the rent in the middle of this pandemic. We could only give 30-day notice so they kept our security deposit. Mind you our lease went month to month years ago. We get it rules are rules so we understand about the security deposit. But then Natalie hit us with a 318 cleaning fee. We took pictures before we moved out because we knew she was going to try something. She refused to do a walk through before we moved out. We left the property better than we found it. Also this property did not have carpeting it had fake wood floors. So carpet cleaning wasn't a factor but she still found excuses to charge us more money. even the original blinds were in good condition when we left. I called h
