"If you have the ability to rent from a different agency, **please do yourself a favor and do it**. I almost never leave reviews, but for the sake of helping others avoid the same experience, I have to speak up. The dishonesty and complete lack of respect these people show toward their tenants is shocking—they somehow still manage to stay in business. I did my research on them beforehand, and it turns out they've been in and out of court repeatedly. They refuse to fix anything, routinely fail to show up for scheduled appointments, and then expect **you** to rearrange your entire schedule to accommodate **their** lack of professionalism." Seriously is you can go somewhere else!

American heritage is the worst place to rent from I have dealt with them for 18 years, Penny falcon is the worst property Management person in the world. She lies very badly first she told me I had a hundred violations outside and the broker would not be able to keep her property, second then she said I was late for my rent then the sheriff came to my home I don't even know what that was all about but Penny thought it was funny when I was telling her about it he came with someone else paperwork she was laughing so hard saying the sheriff should retire and he messes up with everything. what they all came back to my home one of the gentlemen ended up saying this should not be happening to us. When Penny was leaving she told. the maintenance man to make sure all the windows were shut and lock

We applied for a place on church ave with bad credit we were approved so we went to look at the place. 1st off penny hurried us though the place didn't give us a chance to look at it.then she would let us know when she would call to sign the lease a week later I called her and asked her about it and she says it's rented.i asked about other places and she said all our properties are fussy about credit. 3 months later and that place is still for rent and we asked about it and she said our credits not good enough for it. Avoid this company at all cost.

be aware of this property management compay, Once you applied, they give you vague reasons for denied application. The Property Manager(penny falcon) is the worst property manager i ever met in my life in lancaster pa

if I could give this place a -5 stars I would. I lived in my apartment for 2.5 years. : Don't rent from this place. Maintenance made a hole in the living room ceiling to get to a pipe and never covered it. The washer broke and no one came for months. When I moved out, they charged me an extra 385$ for "carpet cleaning " when I already spent 200$ for it to be professionally cleaned. Property management really doesn't care & will take their good time not figuring it out. Their properties are overpriced and their was a rodent problem before I moved in.
