Had a horrible experience with this lending company. Every week would be a new problem that wouldn't get resolved until Friday late afternoon right before they close, then leave you to wait the weekend for a new problem that has to get resolved through out the week again. This company will definitely cause you to lose a property. Still don't understand how it went from 5% down to 15% down but cause us to wait 4 months to find that out even after being approved for the loan. It's funny how whenever my husband would call Pablo he was either on a phone call, meeting, or just too busy, but yet has time to give this company a 5 star review after my husband wrote a 1 star review last week. I would definitely be suspicious of the other 5 star reviews.

Want to run around in circles? Want to move one step forward only to move two steps back? Want to feel like your almost at the finish line only to go back to the starting point. If your answers are yes then give this company a call. If you're looking for a mortgage company that will provide great customer service, prompt responses, and know what they are doing then look elsewhere. If you still want to try this company out and start to feel like something fishy is going on then follow your instincts and get out while you can. You'll be glad you did.

Frank is the best! He is honest and gives the best financial advice. Never felt rushed and he arranges after hours to meet in order to accommodate customer. He will be the only mortgage person I will ever go to from this point forward.

Honestly don't waist your time with this company before they cause you to waste your time and give you the run around. Never dealt with a company that is as inconsiderate as this one. Do your research, there are WAY better companies out there.

This company does not have a secure solution to send/receive personal information. Sending information via unencrypted email is not safe! I ended up having to look for another broker.
