I have experience with 4 different property managers and the American Dream team has been the best. They have a genuine concern for tenant well-being and have great conflict resolution skills. From an owner perspective, they have just the right amount of owner involvement for maintenance issues and have offered sound advice. The accountant is excellent.

I have had really great experience with American Dream Reality. They have been managing my property for the last 9 years and they were very prompt in attending to any issues ( minor/ major) related to my property. In addition, they were very quick in finding good tenants utilizing their internal vetting processes. Never had issues with rental payments and my last tenant has been with us for the last 7- years. American Dream Realty and Management is the best. They have managed a property for me for 15+ years. I live out of state. They make it effortless. They manage the rentals very intelligently. They find great contractors (with competitive bidding) for all work that has occasionally been needed (plumbing, heating, A/C, landscaping, pests,...). They pay for all work out of our account so I don't have to deal with contractors directly or write checks. They provide a convenient yearly profit/loss statement for tax purposes. Highest recommendation. Truly, they are wonderful.

Expertly managed my rental property for several years, and then were my agent in the sale. Their people respond fast to issues and are good communicators. The online management portal is easy to use and all paperwork is processed electronically. Would definitely hire them again for rental property management and real estate transactions.
