Kim at America1 was my selling agent and did not disclose that she was the buyer's agent as well, so she was encouraging me to take less and less for my home than it was appraised at so she could get double commission. When I found out she was doing that it was after the contracts had been signed. I expressed dissatisfaction and she never spoke to me again. I recommend not allowing her to have dual agency if you are selling.
