Amelia Island Management

Just got off the phone with Peter Mallory, who works at Amelia Island Management. He is the property manager for Ocean Park Condo, where I own. I had called to ask a simple question, and was promptly berated and demeaned for about 5 minutes because, as he said, "I have ninety-six other owners and I don't have time to drop what I'm doing every time an owner doesn't bother to read an email." I was, in fact, looking at the email while he was saying this. As it turns out, my question was NOT answered in the email. However, I had to listen to at least three more angry outbursts before I could even let him know I WAS looking at the email. AMI provides management services to condo and homeowners associations. I am on three boards to which they provide services and am greatly pleased with their professionalism and leadership.

the managers for Fernandina shores are unresponsive and very unprofessional. if you are looking for a condo association management company, i highly recommend you go elsewhere.
