Amberlin Queen Creek

Very poor experience! If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I hesitated to post this on behalf of my mom because the manager said she would call my mom back and I wanted to give them a chance, but they never called her back, so I am submitting this review. My wife and I looked into this facility and were very excited to share what we learned with my mom. This morning we finally talked to my mom about it and she got very excited and immediately looked up the facility. She was super motivated to possibly be a part of such a fun and active community. She asked my wife if she would be willing to meet her at the facility this afternoon. My mother in law and I had a very unfortunate experience this morning at the Amberlin in Queen Creek. I was feeling confident in referring my MIL to this facility due to the reviews touting "exceptional service" and all the wonderful amenities. I was excited to accompany my MIL to check out Amberlin and see if it was a possible option for her. We were greeted pleasantly and introduced to Andrea who we thought would be able to answer our questions or give us some guidance regarding what we could do. You can imagine our shock and confusion when we were met with such unguarded annoyance that we didn't have a scheduled appointment that we were left almost speechless. I enjoy living at Amberlin Queen Creek. I love all the social activities especially bingo. It’s nice to be able to meet all my neighbors.

Amberlin is an exceptional 55+ community with an exceptional staff and world class Maintenance/Cleaning personnel...Many activities to keep the mind, body & soul in a great working condition. Lots of fun at Social Events meeting new people and making friends who eventually become Family. Even though Amberlin is fairly new, there are still issues that hopefully can be worked out. My Wife and I LOVE to call Amberlin our Home!!!!

Is there a way amberlin queen creek can ambassador appreciate week or month to appreciate them. Just asking for committee and amberlin to have a appreciate them all they do for us thank u please look at this thank u
