Do not live here!!! PLEASE listen to everyone leaving negative reviews. A place doesn’t get this many negative reviews unless it’s for a reason. The apartments are all INFESTED with cockroaches and all other small critters. Management might as well be nonexistent. They will ignore you for… months. I’m not exaggerating. I’m sure they’ll leave a comment about how to “reach out” and how much they “care” under this post though.. lol You lose power and have no AC/heat for weeks at a time. Don’t buy groceries - they will go bad. The people at the leasing office have a job that they seem to hate. I’d have better customer service speaking with a pigeon, I think. Amberleigh has been a absolute terrible place to live and if you are a prospective or future tenant I would encourage you to run the other way. I have lived with cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room for 7 months and the management repeatedly apologizes and does nothing to fix the persisting issue. I keep a tidy kitchen and yet this problem has existed since I moved. They say sorry, sign you up for a "pest control treatment," and nothing improves. I don't know what they even do when they come to my unit because NOTHING changes at all and the cockroaches all stay and continue to creep into my counters, cupboards, in the shower, and even my dishwasher. Disappointed once again. The property is either falling apart or problems aren't actually being fixed. We pay quite a lot of money and yet, we still don't have A/C because of some ongoing issue. Funny enough, I'm pretty sure we still pay for it because it's not individual metered, so if half the community has it and runs it, you still pay even if you don't have it. We're moving out in a couple months because between having no hot water at times, an ongoing ant problem because out basement apartment is most likely infested with them in the walls (which never actually gets addressed, just bandaid fixes) and now no A/C, we will pay more for a nicer place where the utilities actually work.
