Amber Ridge

My home was broken into I have 2 bathrooms and was told by maintenance that both toilets need to be replaced i was informed of that august and September we are now in October and my toilets have still not been replaced in order for the toilets to flush i have to fill a mop bucket with water toilets clog very easily my home was broken into. I asked for my locks to be changed, and that still has not been done. I have Children in the home that are special needs and nothing is being done. This is the worst place to live.

There really is nothing good about Amber ridge apartments. Security is pretty much non-existent. There are feral children running the place throwing rocks under carports and over the adjoining wall. The residents all speed well over 10mph+. The homeless live in a white dodge suv in the back of the complex and others frequent the property all hours of the day and night. Gates are constantly broken and office staff will not address anything head on. “Notices” are sent out via text or on the resident app. They hold events for the community to get together and give free food etc only for the neighborhood children to trash out the grounds. Unassigned parking will leave you having to park way far from your units and the amount of cars that don’t move for 3-weeks time only makes it worse. The a

Honestly this was supposed to be a 1 year but turned into 8 years. My family and I like it here and we feel safe I like the neighbors and the people in the office have been really good to us although we will be probably moving into a house soon I definitely recommend living here I want to say that the people that complain about living here I usually the ones that are the problem. My recommendation is see Ashley in the office she's a great assistant manager.

My house was shot up right after I signed for my second year. Then on the third year sight up they didn't send the renewal lease and extended my lease from January to May 31st.. They also put in gates and I cam home from work the other day and it wouldn't let me in. They said my phone number was not connected to a community. I have had the same phone number since 2015 and they send me text from the office so how is my number not connected to this property. Now somewhere I would recommend moving to.

I have been living here in the Amber Ridge Apartment Community for going on several months now. I have had a great relationship with each of the Office Staff members. Anytime I needed Maintenance done to my unit, the Office Staff was always attentive, friendly and always made sure to follow up with me directly, to ensure that all the items were completed as promised. I do truly appreciate, that they are always in the process of updating the apartment community as a whole. The units are tasteful and cozy. I have not had any issues with noise levels being too loud and it appears to be very respectful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend other new prospects to consider making Amber Ridge Apartments their new home.
