AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 100 ⭐️s!! I was looking for a place to relocate for work & stopped in Amber Oaks. I was greeted with a beautiful smile & warm welcome by their Leasing Professional, Kayla. She was so professional & informative, and answered every question I had with confidence. It was raining that day so we couldn’t tour (my choice because I was in heels) but she followed up quickly. She remembered details of our conversations and there was no doubt that she genuinely cared. We rescheduled a few times but, in the end, I didn’t have to relocate. However, if I did, I would absolutely lease here or at their gorgeous sister property, Park Place. Kudos to the management company for choosing Kayla to represent your property. You definitely have a rock star!! 🌟

Amber Oaks is such a nice peaceful, clean property to live at. Office staff is amazing. Liz and Kayla make the process so smooth. I love my unit.

I got so lucky with this place!! They only had 1, one bedroom apartment available for rent and I knew I had to get it. I love east Pearland, you can’t beat the location. These apartments are super nice!! Brand new stainless steel appliances, new carpet in bedroom, nice wood floors etc. Julie and Kayla in the office are true professionals! Super friendly ladies made my move in very enjoyable and head ache free. I’m extremely impressed with Amber Oaks Pearland. So happy to call this place home. This place is clean! I could go on and on. I had a tremendously horrendous and very scary encounter with Julie the new manager .. she came to my apartment almost broke the door down and screamed at me wouldn't tell me what she needed proceeded to say we were loud and behind on rent. Which we are, I told her about the process to try a payment arrangement but she screamed that she didn't need to take my money so I was very confused as to why she needed to come to my unit, scare my 3 small children and then say she didn't have to take my money and when I asked what were we doing to cause so much noise she kept saying well not now they aren't being loud but never explained what she was hearing that made her come up here screaming... I was so confused, scared and nervous. I thought for a minute that she was going to hit me. Police can't
