Finished my lease 2 years ago was in last corner unit facing Highway top floor. Spoke with a women who claimed to be manager at the time can’t remember name was a bit ago but she informed me couldn’t find last month payment explained I did to in fact turn it in and did not wish to renew my lease. Left a week early and while loading our truck on grass and ditch area near staircase. She came and explained it was not permitted parking because of plumbing pipes. I apologized and explained it was only myself and husband moving the entire apt so was trying to make it convenient. She asked if I was one she spoke on phone with about not wanting to renew my lease I said yes. I then handed her the key to apt since she was the “management” and we drove off to Odessa. Do not live here. I moved in with no notice of all the things they were working on and would impact the entire complex. From day one, they would turn the water off for anywhere between 2 and 8 hours. Maintenance requests would be submitted with no response for sometimes a week. When brought the their attention, it would be marked completed that same day even though no one came and nothing was fixed. Pipe busted in the apartment and it took a week for them to respond to me. Once they responded, they said they were sorry and we’ll waive the apartment moving fee as though this would be helpful. I didn’t want to move apartments, I had no choice. All of my things were ruined because I could not get the help I needed to move things out and they did not shut the pipe off for 2 weeks. They again s

Not a good place to live if you value basic safety. This place needs to be investigated for their negligence and excessive city building code violation, violating tenants rights.

I recently moved into Amber Hill Apartments and had an exceptional experience. Gabriella assisted me with online application and was incredibly helpful and very patient throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help with minor items in the apartment. Her personable nature and outstanding customer service reflect positively on the management as a whole. I truly appreciate the effort and care put into making my move smooth and hassle-free. I also want to thank the maintenance team for their prompt and efficient service. Thank you for everything!

Pure trash! I tried to be patient with them because maintenance would come quick but there was nothing they could do about the leaks because the apartments are old and need to be completely remodeled or just torn down! I lived in these conditions for months and still payed my rent on time, I just refused to stay there any longer and did not renew my lease. My son had to move out before I did because he has asthma and the mold smell was bad. The person that helped me move said it smelled bad of mold when he walked in. I tried to get in touch with them about the move out but no response. I had to get out ASAP and now they are trying to sue me!
