Amber Grove

I have been living here since 2015, and I can confidently say that the past year has been the best. The courtyard is free of trash, I can walk around safely, the laundry room is consistently clean, and the new cameras installed on the property add an extra layer of security. Jenny has addressed every issue in my apartment, and even though I was initially hesitant to move, she and Alfonso have truly made it feel like home again. Don't let outdated reviews deter you from this hidden gem.

First off Ashley is amazing!! I have a special-needs child who needs certain accommodations, and Ashley went above and Beyond to make sure that everything I needed would be available in the unit before I moved in. Anytime I have asked for a maintenance request. Lonnie comes to the rescue in a timely manner. I had an issue with my light fixture that Could have led to complications with my daughter, Lonnie came over so quickly to help fix the problem. I was so grateful being that I am a single mom and I am only at home certain hours of the day he came after the office hours of operation; I felt like such a priority. when I moved in, they were remodeling the pool area. The pool is so nice. The water is so clean and clear and blue. I love it here!!!

New manger Jenny and maintenance man Alfonso are really on top of things and getting the complex looking nicer. We are very happy with they way things are going have nothing but great things to say about our experience even thru the difficult times. Alfonso has being doing an amazing job fixing the place up and making the property better environment to live in. Thank you guys very much for taking it on

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. They have tons of cockroaches , ants and mold. The kids that live there are destructive & the manager is VERY incompetent. It is also NOT a safe place for kids to run as the cars speed through there. Do not fall for the niceness of the manager & the pictures you see of your possible first apartment. You will be highly disappointed & it’ll be even worse if you do have kids. The mold is severe & so are the ants.

My move in experience was pleasant thanks to Tim the on site manager. My unit was freshly cleaned & painted with new fixtures. The complex is nice & quiet. I haven’t had any issues with my neighbors or anything. I have a huge patio & a huge living room. The manager made sure I was moved in quickly with no hassles. He has been so helpful with my move in process and any questions or concerns I’ve had since I moved in which is such a blessing because my last complex’s manager was practically never there. So far so good with Amber Grove
