The subsequent reality of this management’s conduct has been a study in incompetence and bad faith. Nannette’s consistent pattern of rude and combative communication serves only to mask a failure to provide timely maintenance requests. Most egregious, however, is the move out process. I had been looking for a home for 4/5 months that I felt would be perfect for me and my family. A lot of companies weren’t very thorough and the private owners weren’t always the most pleasant. Then one day after stopping my search for about a week, I got on Zillow found a home that looked like it was perfect. I called the number listed and received a text message back right away that said I can meet at the house at 12 noon. When I got to the home, I was greeted by one of the agents, BeeJay. She was so warm, inviting, so easy to talk to, I think I stayed a little longer viewing the home than I normally would. I fell in love with the house, left and applied right away. This agency kept my full deposit and claimed I owed them money on top of my deposit after moving out. No pets or small children and the home was returned in very good condition. We even went the extra mile of retexturing any areas where we may have had small nails, changing the downstairs carpet and hiring professional cleaning service on top of cleaning ourselves. If you decide to go with this rental place do not move in without them fixing everything first. When we moved in The home was not professionally cleaned or freshly painted, the carpet was old, baseboards were heavily soiled.
