Ambassador Apartments

Recently moved in; property is nice and clean, unit has new appliances and is spacious, good sized closets. All of the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating, immediately responding to any issues or questions we've had. Area feels somewhere between suburban and city neighborhood, feels safe; can walk to restaurants, pharmacy, and some other stores. Really like it so far!

Original review: Living here became unbearable. The main entrance and hallways were filthy, and cleaning had completely stopped. Recently, a sewer blockage caused raw sewage to flood the laundry room, creating a serious health hazard, especially for children. Reports of issues were repeatedly ignored, and maintenance often acted unsafely, entering units without notice. The complex had become dangerous and unsanitary. Edit: Management personally contacted me and resolved the situation. Sara, the manager, was extremely kind and professional. She reached out multiple times to ensure the problem was addressed, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was properly fixed. Her attention and responsiveness made a difficult situation much better.

A "Quiet" and Modern Oasis at Ambassador Apartments UPDATE: I've lived here for two months now. The promise of soundproof floors and ceilings turned out to be an illusion. I can hear my neighbors conversing in their apartments and as they come in and out of the building. I can hear outside noise from people and traffic even with the patio door shut. Nowhere is perfect, its true. But I was attracted to The Ambassador on the basis of the soundproof concrete infrastructure, and right now I'm in my living room listening to my neighbors watching what sounds like the Robocop reboot on basic cable. Overall, its still a pretty nice place to live. The grounds are kept clean, and people seem to mind their own. The only reason I bring it up is because I'm a musician, and my first week here I was

I’ve been a tenant since 2014, 11 years and I still feel very enamored by the ambience of the property. Many additions have been made to improve the property. When issues arise management handles them within immediate response. The property is very floral and trees and shrubbery are kept in good condition making the area very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure to know. Very high recommendations are definitely earned and appreciated. I would like to Thank everyone who is involved in making my residency a complacent and peaceful experience.

The apartment complex is great! everything is clean and ready for a new life here ! i have upgraded kitchen , new flooring, the walls are freshly painted, sliding doors are new😍I love it !!! thank you management team for this cozy place 😍
