I love my Amavi family! I'm 1 month in, and since moving here its been nothing but a Vibe! They actually care about the residents and the community is amazing,especially for the cost! I do wish there was a park and indoor lounge area but the pool and gym more than make up for it! The kitchen in our Townhouse floorplan is massive too. No joke,Brandie D the property manager and her staff are all amazing! Don't take my word for it though come down to see for yourself. See pics,we haven't lived here long so excuse the mess but you can see the kitchen size for our unit type.
The maintenance staff at Amavi Mooresville is awesome! We had a concern about our HVAC unit making a lot of noise over the weekend. We indicated the heat was working so it wasn't an urgent request. Michael came out promptly on Monday morning and checked it out. Mark and Nate have always been very responsive as well. We love living at Amavi Mooresville! It is maintained so well.
Leasing staff is very helpful and professional. I’ve lived in multiple places in Mooresville and this location is perfect. Super quiet and peaceful, the TH.C5 floor plan is amazing it feels just like a single family home and has modern finishes and a fenced yard which is super rare for a rental community. I highly recommend Amavi Mooresville!
Rented here for a year, was great for 3 months and then LAND CLEARING. They entered my rented unit twice without notice or permission. Now upon move out they are charging over a thousand dollars for a damaged 2’ x 3’ piece of sod that they never fertilized or watered. BUYER BEWARE !!!
My wife and I love it here! The house itself is beautiful and perfect for my family of 3. The community is well maintained and the staff is super friendly. Im most impressed with the communication and maintenance. Once you put in a request, they are there in record time to fix the issue which is always something small. If you have any questions they answer in minutes. The pool and amenities are super well maintained. I hope it always stays this way!
