I'm very happy here at Amavi. Moved in by Ray the manager he was very kind and made us feel at home. He made the move in process very easy. Definitely 10 out of 10 my experience. The community is great and my new home is beautiful. The mornings are very peaceful and seeing the cows makes it more beautiful. The nights are also beautiful you can see the stars very clearly. The only thing is that the lake needs a fountain and lights because the bugs are real. I love the walking trail.
Had an amazing stay! The apartment was perfect and beautifully maintained, super comfortable, and in a great location. Highly recommend debbie for assistance. She was really kind to me and answered all my questions to the fullest.
What an absolutely beautiful property! I came to tour Amavi Kissimmee and was helped by Debbie. She was able to show me all the beautiful amenities and what Amavi has to offer. Seriously considering this place as my new home. Thank you to all of the staff and especially Debbie for an amazing experience.
Well kept community. Friendly neighbors. Dog friendly. Maintenance team is phenomenal. Manager at front desk is friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the amenities and our beautiful home.
Definitely one my favorites townhouses with private back yards ! I recommend this rental community 100% because is the best deal you can find in the area !
