Amarillo National Bank - Mortgage Loan Servicing

I am very disappointed in having my mortgage loan with ANB. For one, most often than not, customer service is horrible. The first issue began months ago when I began receiving a late charge. I was confused as to why, and apparently, my mortgage loan had increased. I never received a notification that it was changing until after they gave me a late payment charge. I spoke to several people about this issue, and there was no resolution except well you should have known, but I didn't receive the communication until after (this becomes important later as i realize the reason i wasnt receiving information, is because they misspelled my name)... fast forward another month, and I get another late charge.
