If I could give this complex less than one star, I would. I’ve lived here for under six months, and I’ve already dealt with a broken sink disposal, a broken garage door, a broken washer while caring for a newborn, broken closet shelves, and a broken A/C during a summer heat wave. The master bathroom shower was also yellow on move-in day, looking like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, yet they still handed us the keys as if everything were acceptable. The emergency line never responded when the A/C broke, leaving us with no air all weekend, and that neglect eventually led to a ceiling leak that forced us to live with loud industrial drying machines in our home for two weeks. My building currently having issues with raccoons . The is week I had removed poop from the staircase twice and I’m not doing it again . I have been attempting to reach that number for over a month, and every time I call, someone answers and immediately hangs up. No voicemail, no follow-up, no returned calls. Very good soundproofing in apartment and apartment looks niceand maintenanceis great. BUT this apartment complex has an issue with weed smokers. The smoke can come up into your apartment and suffocate you. They have an issue enforcing the no smoke policy.
