5 Stars – Exceptional Living Experience at Amalta Luxury Apartments From the moment I moved into Amalta, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a level of service that goes far beyond expectations. Kathleen gave me the tour, as she walked me down the polished immaculate hallway, I was beyond impressed with the Mediterranean Architecture vibe and cleanliness of the building. Of all the properties I looked at, the spa was the most extensive, with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub, and more. The Resort style pool with cabanas, 24 hour fitness center, virtual golf , are just a few of their amenities! Great rental community. Excellent location, and extremely well managed. The property is packed with great amenities, and everyone is very nice. I've been living here for more then a month, and really happy I did it. I want to take a minute and really thank the management team. They have been really on top of everything, and really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect.

I would like to highlight the excellent work of Edixia, the cleaning staff member at Amalta Building. She is an incredibly hard-working, dedicated, empathetic, and polite person. You can truly see the care and commitment she puts into everything she does, always with a smile and a positive attitude. Nowadays, it’s rare to find someone with such devotion and genuine work ethic. She’s a true example of professionalism and kindness! I would like to highlight the excellent performance of Jhon Pedroza, who has consistently demonstrated outstanding commitment, responsibility, and dedication in every task he undertakes. His professionalism and collaborative attitude make a great difference to the team. Congratulations on his remarkable work!

Want to start off by saying my husband and I have lived in numerous apts through the years and have ALWAYS had a fun and amazing relationship with management except Amalta. Even moved into our new place after Amalta and already friends and family bond with leasing/management. This is a beautiful property that is being completely mismanaged. Management is dismissive, unresponsive, and clearly more focused on collecting money/signing leases than maintaining a livable community. Dog waste is everywhere in the grass, on sidewalks, in hallways, and inside elevators, along with stains throughout the carpets. It is incredibly sad to see such a beautiful building allowed to deteriorate this way. Many of the residents aside from ourselves kept mentioning how it is changing for the worst even resi

This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had, and it comes down to a serious security failure and an even worse management response. A package of mine was stolen directly from the building’s mail room. Management reviewed the footage and confirmed on video that someone walked in and took it, yet their takeaway was essentially that they “can’t identify the person” and that “anyone can walk in at any time.” That statement alone should concern anyone considering living here. There appears to be little to no effective access control to the mail room, and based on what we were told, even the front entrance is not meaningfully restricted.
