Mr. Alex is an excellent and professional maintenance technician! For the McKinley properties. He came when I called on a Sunday right away to help us with our smoke detector that was faulty. I recommend him 100%. Thank you so much for your help, Mr. Alex is definitely an asset to the McKinley team.

Josie is awesome!!! I was very indecisive with there floor plans and he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted! He was very patient with me and he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to send me videos of the different floor plans I had a hard time choosing from!! I appreciated his help a lot!! This company should feel blessed to have him! You can tell Josie cares to find the perfect unit for the customers!! thank you Josie for being awesome and for having the patience!

My experience has been consistently frustrating. The staff is unresponsive, often taking weeks or months to address urgent issues. Communication is poor, with calls and emails frequently going unanswered and responses in an extremely negative tone. Additionally, the common areas like the pool, weight room, and grill stations are poorly maintained, which does not reflect the high rent we are paying. To make matters worse, we had a persistent roach problem for the entirety of our lease, which the office failed to adequately address or empathize with. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a smooth and professional leasing experience.

I love this Apartments and the staff is awesome! Stephanie is very attentive and professional. And Jose (maintenance supervisor) is the best! He is professional, attentive and awesome!! The reason I call this apartment my home and feel safe. Thank you guys!!
