This seems like a basic amenity that should be considered in a residential community. Management has not addressed this concern adequately. We lived here for 2.5 years, and I would not recommend these apartments. The biggest issue is the constant weed smoking—inside bathrooms, on porches, and around the property. Management knows exactly who is responsible but refuses to take meaningful action. Security is another concern. Cars were broken into, mail theft is common. $500 was fraudulently charged to our Macy’s credit card due to stolen mail. If your health, safety, or peace of mind matter to you, look elsewhere.

This place became increasingly dangerous and shady. The gate was left open for weeks at a time with zero communication, our building was infested with ants from our downstairs neighbors (we were on the third floor), there were regular car and mail break-ins, and random people walking through the complex. The community is also right next to the train tracks, so the booms from illegal fireworks would sometimes shake the building. We finally got fed up with not feeling safe and got out of there. As a goodbye present, we had a credit card that ended up getting mailed to our old address and, unsurprisingly, it was stolen. It's a real shame because we lived there for nearly 10 years and the safety and quality of the community declined dramatically in the past year.

I had such a great experience touring the community yesterday, and I want to give a special shoutout to Brittany, the assistant manager. Not only did she go out of her way to accommodate my schedule by giving me a tour ahead of the original date, but I was pleasantly surprised that she actually remembered me from a tour years ago at a different community. That personal touch really meant a lot and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Brittany is incredibly easy to talk to, and it's clear she truly enjoys what she does. Her pride in the property and attention to detail really stood out, and she made the entire tour feel comfortable and informative. Living in this community from past 8 months. Many issues: not clean, front gate broken for months, mailbox stolen. Recently, had incident where my mailbox is stolen. Credit card and few medicines were in mailbox for single night, and on next day it was empty. Thief activated my card and spent $1000. And the medicines I ordered took almost a month. Now I don’t have that much time to wait for a month again for getting new medicines. Why they stole my medicines ? Worst community, worst security. Do not come here.
