I don't know who wrote the ridiculous review thats on here. I own a property in Syracuse and I was stupid enough to hire prete rushford without doing an internet search first. Anyway started off fine until he actually took over, then he was rude to me and the tenants running them off within 3 months so that he could put section 8 tenants in there and get his finders fee I assume. he actually told my previous tenant that he doesn't get paid enough to care about her little complaints. When I would call even though im paying him he would be rude.I truly believe you would do better with anyone else running your property than this guy. Now starts the fun and games. These are the WORST people I've have EVER rented from. They are SLUMLORDS. They don't fix anything, no matter how much you tell them to. If they do fix something, they do a poor job and the problem will be back in a few days. They show up unexpectedly. Completely unprofessional. Most of the workers have attitudes. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they disappoint me every single time. P.S. There's a reason they only have 2.2 star reviews. -- Edit: You've sent the same man to fix it, twice. The first time he "fixed" it, it was still broken. The second time he "fixed" it, guess what ?! It is still broken! And I'm STILL currently waiting for you guys to fix it now. Which will probably never get done. Like I said people, these people are SLUMlords.

Pete Rushford's website says they will take your call. I have called him for two months now and no response. Same with email. He manages my property and has not paid me the rent revenue for months. Seriously, if there were negative stars, he would get -10.

They took my rent money, posted a handwritten note on my door saying the landlord wants to evict me for 2 month, non payment. I have been calling them for DAYS! No answer, no response back, now mailbox is full. What is going on?? Very disappointed

First my tub froze, than the water company came shut our water for 3 months non payment ( landlords responsibility) n now my furnace is shot n being told i have have insurance on my apartment- lisa cook Follow up furnace guy left no heat still furnace should of been replaced along time ago
