The management team could not have been more helpful! When looking for a place to put my 19 yr old, I needed somewhere close to Full Sail. Donna and her team did a great job keeping in contact with me if there was an issue. I always felt my kid was in a safe hands.

The manager special in the flesh. If living paycheck to paycheck was an apartment complex. A clean coat of paint on a terrible location. Everything is done just so people won't complain. Clothes in their PAID laundry never come out fully clean or dry. Their "renovations" always end up terribly. They replaced all the lights so you CANNOT turn off your balcony light. All around the complex people are using plastic bags or something to cover their hideous brightness. They paid for a new coat of paint, but the people they hired did the manger special and just painted over every single hornets nest they found. Let me start it off with it isn't all bad, but that being said;This place should be your last resort. It is currently midnight and I am constantly hearing the upstairs neighbors every move. When they open and close their cabinets, I can tell where they are in their apartment at all times, even to hearing the toilets flush. I have headphones on with white noise and can hear them, and I have to go to bed with an earbud in. Otherwise it is stomp creak stomp creak. As someone on the spectrum, this is a personal hell. Shout out to Donna for making my move out experience for my son fairly simple. She was extremely helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. She is connected to the student tenants and was able to help us provide many students with, furniture, music instruments, and class supplies. Thank you Donna for all the help.

I was used to live there when the Property was Sutton Place and I had really good memories and decided to try again. BIG MISTAKE!!! The leasing consultant, Danna, is the RUDEST and condescending person you can EVER IMAGINE. Please send a secret shopper, and you can see how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL that lady is. RUN AWAY from her bad humor, unprofessionalism and condescending personality. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. If I could give ZERO starts, I will do.
