Alvarado Silverado Townhomes

The place is rundown, very ghetto, and they won't return your security deposit, much nicer places to rent for the same price. I was only there for two months and I'm going to have to take them to court to get my deposit back.

That last review was over 4 years ago. It's a dump. Drive by and just see all the vacancies and broken blinds. Not the same since the son James inherited. If you need a place to hide, this is the place for sure. James will put a trespassing on the ones who's doing the right thing for those doing wrong Just park on the street, cause it's public. If I need to hide something, then other wise, no thanks

Best place to live ever. U should definitely move here u will love it.

Friendly good atmosphere reliable service any problem I had was fixed right away.
