I absolutely do not recommend this site to anyone. The management is utterly incompetent, and the residents treat the place like a never-ending rock festival. Every night, it’s like a zoo—loud music blasting, people screaming and yelling as if the walls are invisible. You try to relax, but apparently, peace and quiet are banned here. 🤯 The management’s response? Nonexistent. Complaints are ignored, brushed off, or met with empty promises. It feels like their unofficial motto is: “Let the residents suffer, it’s entertaining for us.” The residents themselves seem to think that “nightly concerts” are a right, not a courtesy. Been living here for a while so far Melany has been great to us and maintenance have been good to me always make sure everything is right !!!! Staff is never there and I got denied because of my “criminal record “ all I have is a misdemeanor and it’s nothing bad it’s just from speeding I paid 210 for the application and pet screening even though other Appartment’s never even heard of a pet screening it’s truly wrong to pay 210 dollars just to get denied for a misdemeanor for speeding just a waste of time I went every day on my lunch break for nothing
