Alton Mill District Apartments

I moved in last month and I rlly like it so far. The kitchens are rlly nice as well as the amenities. Brantise is the one that toured me and got me signed. She’s the best and always ready to help. The only con is probably the homeless population but that’s something that comes with living in the city. They aren’t around the apartment much itself just on the like the street corners nearby when getting on the highway. Doesn’t bother me much. If that’s the only con, i’m happy.

Shout to Brantise and Madeline for their knowledge and professionalism! They work their tails off to make sure things run smoothly and concerns are handled. The maintenance team is awesome, too. You can tell this is a leasing team that loves their community. Can’t imagine this place without them ❤️

I moved in this past June and I have enjoyed it so far. The aesthetic of the kitchen and bathrooms are rlly nice as well as the amenities. The gym is top tier with very nice equipment. There is a pool that is very nice and was great during the summer. New management stepped in a few months ago and has been great. Brantise is very helpful and was great with every issue I have encountered. She’s On top of it and always ready to lend a hand to help. Overall this place is a great reasonably priced spot to live that is close to everything you need.

My gf moved to Charlotte for a job and I trailed behind her from our last city; so I moved into her place in Charlotte when I got here. We wanted a place we could call ‘ours’ so we switched apts in our complex at the end of her initial lease. Brandice, Maddie, and Stasha in the leasing office were absolutely amazing! If it weren’t for them, we probably would’ve moved to an apt building down the street who provided an amazing offer. Those three make this building feel like a home more than an apartment complex and I couldn’t be more appreciative of them🫶🏼

My experience living here for the most part has been really good I don’t have many complaints. What I will say though trying to actually just move in and that entire process when it came to approval /being sent my lease ect.. was super stressful and nerve racking being that this is my first place. I was originally appointed Madeline to be the one to go through, sense to my understanding she is the one that receives the “commission“ but she was not much of a help at all. I did not handled anything between her, not even on my move in date. She never emails back or emails very late also when she advised me to call at certain times guaranteed for an answer she wouldn’t answer the phone..someone else would have to go behind her and either send me what I need to be sent or just speak with me in
