Alton East

Very happy I chose this apartment complex. The maintenance staff has been especially great, completing all my requests quickly and with high quality work. The location is also nice, quiet enough to be at peace, but also walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and The Beltline. Being next to The Eastern is a plus for the most part. It’s rarely loud in my apartment, but it’s nice to be able to walk to a concert. It does cause traffic to sometimes get backed up, but it ends up looking like an extra few minutes to get in and out if there’s a concert going on. The gym has a pretty loud echo, so I usually have to be mindful when setting down my weights. But overall it’s pretty solid.

I’ve had a great experience at Alton East, and I especially want to recognize Cori, the leasing agent. Cori has been incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the leasing process and beyond. She’s always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is handled smoothly. The community at Alton East is well-kept, clean, and welcoming. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about resident satisfaction.
