Altitude on Fifth Apartments

Surprised at the reviews in regards to the management office and staff. They have been nothing but kind, respectful, and helpful during my time as a tenant. Kiara specifically has been a great point of contact from the time I toured a unit to now and has been awesome at getting any questions or concerns I have handled. The common areas of the building are clean and quiet. Main frustrating thing is the elevators. In my time here, they have only had one working. Otherwise, no complaints. Price is extremely fair based on the location/quality of the unit.

I want to start off by saying that the folks that really make it worth living here is maintenance. They are always very responsive and do their best to keep the place looking good. I want to give a special shoutout to Jose and Ericah who pull more than their weight. I always see Ericah cleaning the carpets, working in the garden (which was great all summer), and scrubbing baseboards. She’s extremely pleasant and it’s nice to have her help. Thanks for all you guys do. I’ll focus on the highlights rather than the dimmer ones for this review

I never had any problems living here until the leasing office staff changed. Kiara is especially RUDE—unless you’re there for a tour. It makes you not even want to interact with the leasing office at all. I just wish the staff genuinely tried to make things smoother for a better living experience. On the bright side, the lady who cleans the building is AMAZING at her job and very nice. Dillan, the maintenance guy, is also incredibly KIND and HELPFUL. But that’s where the positives end. The ACCESSIBILITY BUTTON at the entrance doesn’t work, which is a HUGE issue. Not everyone is young and mobile; people age, and it becomes harder to walk distances. If you need a place that’s truly INCLUSIVE, forget about Altitude on Fifth. The CALL BOX doesn’t work either—I don’t believe it ever will. So,

Kiara helped me on my tour. She was super kind and patient with all my questions and concerns. Lowkey if it was only down to the treatment and customer care, I won’t have walked out with keys to my new spot already. If this is how all folks operate at altitude on 5th, I feel anyone is in good hands.

I’ve been living here for about 7 or 8 months, and honestly, the management has been extremely disappointing. I’ve reported excessive noise from the upstairs neighbor multiple times late at night, dragging furniture, constant disturbance and nothing has ever been truly resolved. I even called corporate, left a voicemail,emails and never got a call back. It feels like they just ignore residents once the lease is signed. The manager has shown zero accountability or follow-up, which is really frustrating. The only person who deserves credit is Elisa, the assistant she’s always polite, professional, and actually tries to help. Unfortunately, one good employee can’t make up for an overall lack of management and respect for residents, they responde this review with some number and email but gues
